Great news for current users of our Precast Concrete design software for Revit 2020/2019: the new Beam Reinforcement feature is included in your license of Precast Concrete, gratis!
Users of AGACAD’s Precast Concrete design software 2020, you should have received an email with instructions for how to get Beam Reinforcement to show up in your Precast license.
Users of AGACAD’s Precast Concrete design software 2019, please follow the steps below.
- Click Support at upper-right in the TOOLS4BIM Dock.
- Copy your activation key.
- Paste your key in the activation field.
- In the pop-up window asking if you would like to install activated apps, click Yes.
And that’s it! Your license of Precast Concrete now includes the feature for reinforcing beams automatically. Use it for placing main rebar and stirrups in rectangular, L, and inverted T beams. The configurations are very flexible, so you can model just about any pattern you need, whether you need to extend rebar outside the beam or have denser concentrations of reinforcement in certain areas or insert couplers.
