Today I would like to describe some new features of Wood Framing Wall+ and Metal Framing Wall+ that will be released in a few days.
Using the new version of these BIM solutions, you will be able to add Grid symbol into assembly views with shop drawings:
Note: original grids need to be created by the center of the wall in the plan view:
Grid symbol is a special family that we created. You will be able to predefine its design, end segment length, head radius, etc.
In the updated version, you will be able to predefine grid settings in Shop Drawing Configurations:
As I said, all these enhancements will be released in the latest versions of Wood Framing Wall+ and Metal Framing Wall+, so you will see Update button in the TOOLS 4 BIM Dock 2015 and 2016 soon.
