This BIM software offers an extremely fast design of accurate and durable steel framed systems that can be done easily and efficiently. Metal Framing Floor+ contains a number of automated features and simple commands to increase accuracy and productivity when creating steel based floor system framing plans.
This BIM software for metal floor framing automatically generates floor metal framing members including joists, battens, bridging, blocking, rims and noggings for metal framed building model. Metal Framing Floor+ automatically adds and doubles headers and trimmers and inserts cripple joists when holes are cut around stairs or plumbing drops.
After creating whole steel floor system, all frames can be automatically dimensioned, tagged and sorted with one click. Framing schedule can be made by listing the material lengths needed to frame the floor. Optional CNC output enables automatic export of your model data directly to manufacturing (Howick, Pinnacle machines etc.). CNC drivers support both C+C and C+U framing types.
If you make some changes in your Revit model then Metal Framing Floor+ will update all frames with one click. Shop drawings will be automatically updated according to the model or framing changes.
